Inside NULLRADIAL / The sample room

From idea
to actual.

Research is the reason. A well-resolved product is the responsibility. This is how a digital pattern is meant to become something worth wearing.

Current stageDigital concepts. Physical sampling pending.

No production-qualified product or physical performance result is established by the current archive.

01Registered

Artwork

Digital masters exist with revision records. Editorial selection does not alter the research ranking.

02Pending

Print & fit

Order and document strike-offs and fit samples. Compare color, pattern scale, seams, drape and measurements against the approved brief.

03Pending

Everyday use

Evaluate wash, rub, stretch, abrasion, moisture and product-specific construction. Record before/after images and all failures.

04Pending

Production approval

Freeze the signed sample, construction, quality criteria, exact price and delivery agreement before requesting payment.

What we need to learn

Every piece.
Its own test.

These are planned qualification checkpoints. A target is never recorded as a pass, and a fabric result is never borrowed by a finished garment.

Two different questions

Does it wear well?
What does a model see?

Product quality and machine-vision research need separate tests. The lab uses named models, locked artwork, controls and stated conditions. Physical detection tests require new captures of the exact printed article, not generated campaign imagery.

Broken Halo’s earlier digital screen prioritized a physical swatch; it did not prove garment performance. Later S4 screening qualified no candidates. Both records stay visible.
