Effective August 30, 2026. NULLRADIAL is an AJILL Systems Meta Materials Division venture. Submitting the cart creates one non-binding, no-charge Release 00 product-interest reservation for the verified email.
No sale or inventory promise
No payment is taken, inventory assigned, price guaranteed, or purchase required. Target prices and mockups can change after physical sampling, material verification, freight, taxes, and supplier quotation.
Fresh approval before payment
A future paid offer must state the exact product specification, price, tax, shipping, minimum-order gate, expected ship window, production-lock date, cancellation/refund terms, and material limitations. Nothing becomes payable without a separate affirmative action.
Founding pair offers
A standard SHELL trench paired with a VECTOR gaiter is marked for 50% off its final disclosed standalone preorder price. A single ORBIT coaster paired with a CANOPY umbrella is marked as a $0 gift. A FIELD shirt may recommend matching STRIDE pants without implying a discount. These offers are non-transferable, do not stack, remain subject to sampling and final paid-offer terms, and disappear if the trigger item leaves the final order.
Queue changes
NULLRADIAL may cap, pause, combine, or cancel the queue and may decline a reservation affected by fraud, duplication, sanctions, export, legal, supplier, safety, or technical constraints. A no-charge reservation has no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.
Concept and performance limits
Mockups are not color, fit, durability, wrap-coverage, or detection-performance guarantees. “Machine-uncertain” is a design intent. Do not rely on a product for anonymity, privacy, safety, access control, or evasion of lawful security.
Conductive-textile prototypes
Optional conductive-textile configurations remain prototypes until an identified finished construction has passed its stated tests. They are not medical devices, electrical-protective equipment, PPE, Faraday enclosures, or communications-security systems and must not be relied on for health protection, privacy, or safe RF exposure.
Protocol applications
Protocol submission is an organizational application only. It does not grant access, certify eligibility, promise a research derivative, reserve government or corporate capacity, or represent any detection, RF, privacy, security, safety, legal, or procurement outcome.
Cart and allocation boundary
Release 00 accepts one active cart per verified ChatGPT-account email and one unit per product category in that cart. Each product, fit, and size cell closes at 1,000 active units. Pattern and material preferences share the same cell and do not multiply the ceiling. The ceiling is a reservation limit, not a statement that 1,000 physical units exist.
Leave at any time
Use the manage-reservation page with the cart code and matching email to release every line and scrub email, name, and notes. A non-personal cancelled request ledger remains solely to prevent delayed request replay.
